The assistant at the desk
Someone asks, the model answers. Useful for whoever is sitting there - and over the moment they close the window. Most companies are here and already pay for it through a Microsoft or team subscription.
Your partner the whole way - from mapping your processes through the AI strategy to implementation and running the finished architecture.
Technically, almost anything can be done today. Two questions stay open: which part of your work is worth automating, and what AI should look like in your business. We answer both before anything gets built.
A process that has been built does not stop in the evening and keeps running over the weekend. And it handles the thousandth case like the first - consistency is the quality that is hardest to staff for.

Four stages
Someone asks, the model answers. Useful for whoever is sitting there - and over the moment they close the window. Most companies are here and already pay for it through a Microsoft or team subscription.
An event starts it - an email, an invoice, an appointment. It reads from your systems and writes back into them, logged, within a defined scope. A person signs off anything binding. It runs at night too.
Several processes interlock, agents work on a task over hours and days, fetch what they need and come back when a decision is due. People lead and supervise instead of typing.
On the last stage nobody is left in the loop: the system decides and acts against criteria set beforehand. Whether a process belongs there is a question of liability - which is why what it may do alone, and where it stops, is written down first.
In practice
Eight processes that occur in almost every company. Each page shows how it really runs today, which systems are involved, what a person still signs off - and where it is not worth doing.
An enquiry and a drawing become a costed quotation.

Five criteria decide whether automation holds: repetition, rule-governance, cost of error, volume, reversibility. The process check gives a verdict on each one. The result appears right here on the page; whether you send it to us is your call afterwards.
Take the process check120 minutes
You ask, we answer - and we work out together what is possible with AI in your business and where starting pays off.
depending on scope
One level deeper: we look at your routines and develop the AI strategy from them - what gets built, in what order, and under which conditions.
Offer comes from the audit
We build the routines, connect them to the software you already run - and maintain and improve them from then on.
In the strategy session we go through your routines and put it in writing: what is worth automating, and roughly what that costs.
